Crawfish harvest

Recently I was assigned to do a photo page on a crawfish farmer named Danny Matt on his land in Cloutierville, Louisiana.

After speaking with Danny on the phone we decided to meet the next day because Matt was planning on checking his traps and the weather was expected to be sunny and nice. The assignment not only made for some nice photos but also was quite interesting to see the process of harvesting crawfish.
