Unwilling Participants

The Red River Road Runners had a run one evening last week at Betty Virginia Park in Shreveport. It was a beautiful evening and dozens of people turned out for the event and the picnic that followed.

I had to laugh when one guy ran while pushing a stroller containing his two young children and somebody else did so with his dog on a leash beside him. One of the children had a look of terror on her face much of the time, the dog's tongue was hanging out of its mouth at a crazy angle - neither of them looked to be having a good time, at least not when I saw them. Then again, you never know. I could be wrong. Whatever the case might be, they provided me with interesting pictures.
